Injury attorney, David Wenner, M.S.W., J.D. is nationally recognized as an authority on juror bias and decision-making. As a partner in the Phoenix law firm of Snyder & Wenner, P.C., Mr. Wenner has spent the last two decades prosecuting wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, speaking to forums across the country on juror bias and decision-making, and creating a successful juror bias model.

Richard Sheinson, D.P.M., J.D.
Injury attorney, Richard Sheinson, D.P.M., J.D. has spent the last eleven years litigating catastrophic injury and death cases. Dr. Sheinson graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in 1985 and was the chief surgical resident at Delaware Valley Medical Center from 1985 to 1993. He was on the medical and surgical staff of several hospitals. He has also served on nursing home medical staffs and a nursing home board of directors. Through his experience as a practicing physician, he has gained unique insight into medical negligence and nursing home claims.
