Lenore Holland, R.N., M.S., LNCC has 26 years of experience in the field of medical malpractice. She is nationally certified by the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. Lenore was a practicing clinical nurse for 15 years. Her clinical background includes medical-surgical nursing, home health care, obstetrics and gynecology, high risk perinatal nursing, and neurologic rehabilitation. Lenore is a founding member of the Phoenix Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.

Dee Ann Ferguson, RNC, LNCC, BSN, has been a legal nurse consultant since 1995 and is nationally certified by the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. Prior to working as a legal nurse consultant, Dee Ann was a flight nurse for AirEvac. She also was involved in writing policies and procedures, and in reviewing quality assurance issues. Dee Ann's clinical nursing experience includes critical care obstetrics, medical-surgical, and telemetry nursing. Dee Ann graduated from Grand Canyon University with her BSN and earned her RN-Certified (RNC) in "In-Patient Obstetrics" and "Electronic Fetal Monitoring". She has also worked as a risk manager for a large urban hospital.
